Return and Refund Policy

At Moovio, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our policy below for details.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as innerwear, swimwear, or any other items specified as non-returnable on the product page, cannot be returned.


2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at care@moovio.com or call +91 81148 62369. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all eligible items within India. Our customer support team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Pickup & Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location. Please ensure the item is securely packed and the return label is attached.


3. Refund Process
Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days]. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment, or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, as per your preference.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, etc.).


4. Exchanges
Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within [15 days] of receiving your order.
Process: Follow the same return process, and indicate that you wish to exchange the item. Once we receive the item, we will send out the replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@mooviofashion.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
